Introduction to AICE Media

    Hello! My name is May Gozlan and this is my first media class. The study of media has been a topic that I have been interested in since a young age. Some of my earliest childhood memories are related to movies, shows, and films. I have always been intrigued by the amount of meaning that can be portrayed through the media. The main things that I am hoping to get out of this class is a deeper understanding of media conventions, how much effort is put into the production process, and the effects that all things in media have. There are also many job opportunities that can be provided to people who are well educated in media studies, so this class can be extremely helpful.
