Mood Board- Film Project

As a whole, I want this mood board to portray the storyline of the film and the vibes its going to give off. The main color theme is going to be red and black. It will take place in a car, which is why I put multiple pictures of a car. There is going to be a doll that is haunted in the film. The doll will try to kill the main character, and there will be a lot of distress and fear.

     Hi blog! Today Janelle and I were hanging out and decided to brainstorm ideas for our film opening. We are watching the opening of The Conjuring to get some ideas and inspiration of how a horror film should be. We like the idea of a scary doll and a possessed entity. The sounds and dark setting really inspired us because it creates a sense of eeriness and sets the tone. Next time we want to start buying the props for our film and decide a setting.  

 

Film progress 1

     Hi blog! Today I am on the phone with Janelle and we are discussing the first steps to our film. We are going to start filming at the end of this month or beginning of February. Horror movies have been really popular lately, so we have decided to do a film with the horror genre. I am going to play the scary character and Janelle is going to play the victim. We will have friends assist us with filming and we will use camera tools such as tripods to create still shots. We are going to meet up again on Saturday to watch horror films, get ideas, and discuss future plans for our movie.
